This is held as a two-day in-person practitioner course or a six-week online practitioner training via Zoom.\n\nOur Akasha Process four-day non-residential retreat experience is open to anyone who wishes to explore the Self and the soul&#039;s journey more deeply, so they can shine their light more than ever before.\n\nOur Transcendence Retreat, leading to a Postgraduate Diploma in Ceremonial Sound, is a complete immersion in a variety of sound-healing modalities.  One evening and a full day are spent immersed in the drum.\n\nOur Ancestral Resonance Process, Honouring the Ancestors Retreat and Healing the Ancestral Line also affords different opportunities to drum and journey with the drum.\n\nWe incorporate the drum into our Gong Master Training, Harmony of the Spheres.\n\nIt is also a regular feature at our Usui Reiki workshops as an adjunct and putting others\u2019 needs before their own on a regular basis. Our session explored that although empathy is a gift, without boundaries, it can quietly become self-erasure.\n\nMany empaths learned early on to notice the needs of others before their own. To see the child beneath the behaviour. To soften, adapt, hold space, and carry responsibility. Over time, this can mean that your wants, dreams, and sacred work are always postponed. Not because you don\u2019t care, but because everyone else feels more urgent.\n\nIn the Akasha Process\u00ae we gently explore through meditation, journeying and group drumming why this pattern formed. Where self-sacrifice became linked to love. Where responsibility overtook purpose. And which beliefs keep telling you that your time can wait.\n\nWays to begin restoring balance:\n\n\u2022 pause before saying yes and check how your body responds\n\u2022 notice when empathy turns into over-giving\n\u2022 practice naming your needs without justification\n\u2022 question beliefs like \u201cI\u2019ll do my work later\u201d or \u201cothers matter more\u201d\n\u2022 create small, protected spaces of time just for what you\u2019re here to do\n\u2022 allow support , receiving is part of balance\nBoundaries are not walls. They are sacred edges that protect your life force.When limiting beliefs soften, energy returns.
