Reiki Shares\/Practise Evenings<\/strong> – Sarah is mindful that when beginning one’s Reiki path there are often many questions about the actual practise of Reiki and things of a spiritual and energetic nature. Because of this she runs regular\u00a0Reiki Shares and practise evenings and events for her students which are on an invitation basis only.<\/p>\n

Sarah holds regular sound healing events in Sawbridgeworth and surrounding areas. Places are often limited and go very quickly once advertised. Sonic Exploration<\/strong> evenings are held on a regular basis in Sawbridgeworth. The evenings are split into several sessions, the first sessions\u00a0being a group session exploring either toning, whistling vessels, bowls, drumming, chant or monochord, the last session\u00a0is always a gong meditation.<\/p>\n

Sacred Drumming<\/strong> \u2013 Events held on an adhoc basis. Open to anyone with an interest in the Drum for meditation and healing purposes. The evenings take the form of Sacred Ceremony, Drum Journeys, Drum Healing, Group Drumming, Drumming and Chanting, Meditations with the Drum. Please bring your own drum if you are able, although there are a few spare available. Pre-booking essential.<\/p>\n

Sarah has produced a 30 day audio programme “A Journey of Self-Empowerment Through Reiki Drumming” for anyone interested in Reiki combined with the drum.\u00a0 You can find the course here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Gong\/Sound Baths<\/strong> \u2013 Events held on a fortnightly basis \u00a0at Epping Hall, Epping and in Sawbridgeworth. The sounds of the gongs are interspersed with other instruments such as Himalayan and crystal bowls, drums and chimes to allow you to embark on a mystical, deeply meditative journey. Participants lie on a blanket or yoga mat and are bathed in the powerful and transformative sounds of the gongs. Please bring something to lie on (mat\/blanket), a blanket to cover you and a pillow or cushion. Pre-booking essential as places are limited for this venue. Tickets are \u00a320 in advance. \u00a0Other Sound Baths can be arranged in alternative venues. \u00a0Please contact Sarah direct if you would like to arrange a gong\/sound bath for a group or occasion.<\/p>\n

Sacred Chant<\/strong> – Events are held on an adhoc basis. We take sacred chants from around the world and often work with a particular theme. Mantra, Chanting, Kirtan and healing with chants are explored during the event.\u00a0 Pre-booking essential.<\/p>\n

Retreats<\/strong> – We run a variety of retreats throughout the year. Some are one day experiences for those who wish to take a day out of their busy schedules to recharge and do some deep level healing working with either Reiki energies or Sound. Others are longer residential retreats in hand picked venues chosen for their high vibration and beautiful surroundings.<\/p>\n
