Terms Of Sale
The presentation of products within our website does not constitute a binding offer for us to sell those products. Your offer to buy such products from us may or may not be accepted.
We accept no responsibility for any actual losses or consequential losses, financial or otherwise, arising from our failure to supply any of our products, beyond any monies paid for such products.
All products remain the property of Reiki Drum until full payment has been made and all goods have been successfully delivered. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to receipt of goods by you.
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Statement without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to us.
Description and Price of Goods
All sizes are quoted in centimetres. All prices are quoted in GB Pounds and do not attract UK VAT. We reserve the right to change availability, pricing, and description of any other attribute of our products without prior notice.
Availability
While we endeavour to maintain accurate information about our product stock availability, we make no guarantee that products will be available for sale. Should products which form part of an order be unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Advertising and Typographical Errors
Every care is taken to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and features of items on the website, but occasionally errors may occur. If you are in any doubt about the item you wish to purchase, we recommend you contact us to discuss the product in more detail. In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If we have already charged you for the order we will subsequently cancel your order and immediately issue a refund to your account.
Payment
Payment for orders can be made via Paypal. If you do not wish to order online you can order by phoning +44 (0)1279 600104 or emailing info@reikidrum.co.uk with your order request. Cheques should be made payable to Reiki Drum and sent to Garden Cottage, Bullfields Lane, Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, CM21 9DD. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance.
Order Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please check that the details in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. Our confirmation email is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. It is for your information only and does not constitute a contract of sale or indicate a binding agreement to provide any products. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part there of, or there being an error in your order, we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil, we will immediately refund payment by the same method by which the payment was made.
Your Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. This can be achieved by contacting us by email. We reserve the right to deduct packaging costs from refunded orders where they have been packed but not dispatched and the packaging cannot be reused. Once goods have been dispatched, you may obtain a refund, as outlined below.
Refunds and Replacements
We will refund all orders, for any reason, for up to 14 days from delivery. You must inform us in writing of your request for a refund by e-mail or post. After this time we will only offer replacements for purchases that are damaged or faulty, or refunds on a discretionary basis. Where no replacement can be made, due to stock depletion, we will offer you a refund. If you are unsure whether your purchase will qualify for a refund, please contact us to discuss the matter before sending any goods.
If you are returning items to us, please ensure you post to: Reiki Drum, Garden Cottage, Bullfields Lane, Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, CM21 9DD, UK. Indicate whether you would like items to be refunded or replaced. You should include the following details with all returns: Your name, daytime telephone number, and reason for return.
Wrap your items carefully and securely, reusing or including our original packaging.
Post your items to us using adequate insurance and/or obtain free "proof of postage". Please note that we will not refund the delivery portion of any orders, except where goods are damaged or faulty and cannot be replaced. On receipt of your returned items, we will issue the appropriate refund or replacement. Due to delays within banks, refunded monies may not reach your account immediately. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
Delivery
While we endeavour to dispatch your goods within three working days from receipt of payment, we cannot guarantee the timescale of any despatch or delivery of orders. In particular, we accept no responsibility for any actual losses or consequential losses, financial or otherwise, arising from the arrival of goods beyond our advertised delivery estimates. We will send you an email to confirm when an order leaves our premises. If for any reason your order is not dispatched within the estimated timescale, we will send you an email with a revised delivery date.
For bespoke items, delivery times will depend very much on the item being made and can range from two to six weeks from receipt of payment. In this case, you will be advised of expected delivery date on purchase.
For large parcels, please ensure someone is at your delivery address to receive the shipment. Where goods cannot be successfully delivered by our delivery agents and are returned to use, we shall refund your order minus the cost of postage.
You should inspect all the goods when they arrive to ensure they are correct in type and quantity, and that they have arrived in good condition. Where goods have failed to arrive or have arrived in damaged or incomplete state, we shall refund your order including the full cost of the postage, subject to your returning any received goods to us and your full cooperation with any investigations carried out by delivery agents. Damages and shortages should be notified within seven working days of delivery.
Delivery Costs
We calculate the postage costs based on the total weight of items purchased and the price will be shown in your shopping basket. Parcels that are over 2kg in weight or too large to ship with Royal Mail could be subject to additional freight charges, we will advise you prior to your order being processed.

All products displayed within this site are subject to availability and are displayed as accurately as possible. We will not be held responsible for any variations in shade of colour of an item to that which is displayed on the website. This site may from time to time inherit inaccuracies or errors to text or pictures. We also hold no responsibility for links to further materials either directly or indirectly from this site which may lead to errors or viruses.
