CURRICULUM

•LESSON ONE
Introducing Reiki Drumming. Sarah introduces you to Reiki Drumming and explains its ancient and modern origins, how it combines various healing modalities and introduces ways of working with Reiki and the Drum. We discuss how through intention this course will allow you to make strides in your self-healing and introduce a short basic breathing technique to familiarise yourself with the energy of Reiki combined with the drum.

•LESSON TWO
Reiki Drum Healing. Today Sarah explains the process of Reiki Drum Healing and introduces you to a way of identifying blocked energy in your auric field. You will experience a distant Reiki Drum Healing session to support you in releasing the blocked energy so that you may regain balance.

•LESSON THREE
Mental/Emotional Balance. Today we look closer at our psyche to achieve mental and emotional balance through the drum. Using positive affirmations to facilitate this, you will experience a distant Reiki Drum mental/emotional rebalancing treatment.

•LESSON FOUR
Releasing Suppressed Emotions through the Drum. In this lesson, we will introduce a practice which incorporates identifying where we may be holding on to suppressed emotions. You will receive a Reiki Drum Healing Session to support the release of that emotion through self-healing techniques and breathwork.

•LESSON FIVE
Balancing the Chakras. In this lesson, we explore each of the chakras with the Reiki Fire Drum Beat bringing different aspects of chakra consciousness to our awareness for healing.

•LESSON SIX
Reiki Drum Undo. Incorporating Reiki energy, the drum and movement, Sarah drums and you move your body allowing the Reiki energy to clear your meridians and energy field of any stuck energy. It is recommended to do this practice in a standing position.

•LESSON SEVEN
The Reiki Drum Journey. Introducing the Reiki Drum Journey technique. Through Reiki, Intention and Journeying we journey for deeper healing awareness and to meet our Healing Guide who will support us in this process.

•LESSON EIGHT
Soul Retrieval. This lesson explains the shamanic concept of soul loss or soul fragmentation and how through the Reiki Drum Journey a process of soul retrieval can take place bringing wholeness and integration.

•LESSON NINE
Soul Retrieval Journey to Find the Voice. In the past we may have experienced a situation where we lost our voice through being silenced, ashamed, stifled, embarrassed or being too self-conscious to make a sound. In today's lesson through means of the Reiki Drum Journey, you will receive healing to help release the reluctance to create sound and use your voice.

•LESSON TEN
Working with Power Animals. In both Reiki and Shamanism, it is common for people to receive healing and tutelage through connecting with animal archetypes. In today's lesson, we will explore this by journeying through our energy system and connecting with the power animals that wish to work with us to support us in our healing.

•LESSON ELEVEN
Power Retrieval. Life circumstances can sometimes result in us losing or giving our power away. Through the Reiki Drum Journey, you will reclaim lost personal power by connecting and integrating the medicine of a power animal.

•LESSON TWELVE
Reiki Gokai. Today we start the process of working with the Reiki Gokai (the principals or precepts of Reiki which are its ethos and support its true essence). Today's lesson starts the six-step process which starts with the core truth of the Gokai, Kyo Dake Wa - Just for today, incorporating a Reiki Drum practice to allow us to immerse ourselves in this premise.

•LESSON THIRTEEN
Ikaru Na - Let go of Anger with the Reiki Drum Journey. In this lesson, we explore how holding on to our anger can cause us problems. Anger is an energy however and as such can be released and let go of. We embark on a Reiki Drum Journey to release resentment we may be holding that is preventing us from moving forward in our lives.

•LESSON FOURTEEN
Shinpai Suna - Let go of Worry with Reiki Drum. Worry is pernicious, it eats away at us even when we are endeavouring to be in the moment. Allow Sarah to support you in identifying a worry and help it be released through a distant Reiki Drum Healing session.

•LESSON FIFTEEN
Kansha shite - Expressing Gratitude with Reiki Drum. Regardless of what you are going through in life, a moment of gratitude can lift you out of the darkest of places. Gratitude truly is a higher vibrational state of appreciation. Work with Reiki and the Drum to focus on appreciation of something in your life and see how your energy increases.

•LESSON SIXTEEN
Gyo o hagame - Working on the Self with Reiki Drum. The Reiki path is a path of self-growth and development, and this precept is often translated as working on the Self. In today's lesson, we will explore through the Reiki Drum Journey what we need to concentrate upon most at this time for our personal development.

•LESSON SEVENTEEN
Hito ni shinsetsu ni - Embodying Compassion with Reiki Drum. One of the goals supported by Reiki Drumming is to allow people to work towards self-individuation, transcending separation and understanding the core premise of Reiki; Oneness or Unity Consciousness. When we truly understand this premise, it's easy for us to show compassion to others, as we are indeed truly showing compassion to ourselves. Today's Reiki Drum compassion practice teaches us the true nature of oneness when contemplating others.

•LESSON EIGHTEEN
Sacred Ceremony and Reiki Drumming. Ceremonial practice is a fundamental part of working with Reiki and the Drum be it for the Self or in a group. Join Sarah today as she takes you on a beautiful ceremony of calling in the Seven Directions combined with an elemental distant Reiki Drum healing experience.

•LESSON NINETEEN
Becoming inspired by the Air Element. In our Ceremony of yesterday, we introduced the elemental energies. Today's Reiki Drum practice focuses on how the Air element can support us in our personal growth, blowing away old stagnant energy to welcome the winds of change.

•LESSON TWENTY
Transforming with the Fire Element. Following our inspirations from yesterday, today we utilise the energy of the Fire Element to drive us forward to realise these inspirations with passion and determination. Sarah takes you through a meditative technique working with the light of fire, Reiki, and the drum to realise change and transformation, a breaking down of the old to bring about the new.

•LESSON TWENTY-ONE
Flowing with the Water Element. In today's lesson, we look at how Water shapes our lives and allows us to move through them with ease, moving through obstacles and letting go of what no longer serves us. Sarah will take you through a cleansing water and Reiki Drumming practice to support this.

•LESSON TWENTY-TWO
Grounding with the Earth Element. Being centred and grounded, we can withstand any storm in our life. We move with the winds, shift with the fire, flow with the water, and regardless of what takes place, with Earth we can always return to our Centre. Today Sarah takes you through a grounding Reiki Drum practice to keep you rooted regardless of whatever is taking place in your life.

•LESSON TWENTY-THREE
Reaching for the Heavens. The Celestial Energies of the Heavens support us greatly on our forward path; The Sun, the Moon, and The Stars. Today we Journey once more this time to collect our solar qualities gifted from Father Sun so we may embark on our brilliant path forward, having regained our personal power and be able to shine our light like a beacon out into the world.

•LESSON TWENTY-FOUR
Connecting with Mother Earth. We are sustained and held by Gaia in all her magnificence in every moment. Today we incorporate a barefoot walking meditation whilst Sarah works with the drum and the Earth energy to allow us to feel our connection with our Great Mother. This can be done indoors or outdoors and if you are unable to move around, then seated with your feet connected to the earth.

•LESSON TWENTY-FIVE
Opening the Heart. At our Centre, an Open Heart allows us to live a life of joy, love, and compassion. Today through Reiki and the Drum Sarah guides us on a Forgiveness practice to remove any blocked energy preventing us from loving with an open heart.

•LESSON TWENTY-SIX
Embodying the Divine Feminine. Our Divine Feminine nature allows us to embrace those gentle, creative, and healing aspects of ourselves, embodying them in our lives so that they are ones of peace and beauty. Through the Reiki Drum Journey, you will retrieve any lost parts of your Divine Feminine nature which is stopping you create the life you want to live.

•LESSON TWENTY-SEVEN
Embodying the Divine Masculine. Where our Divine Feminine nature intuits and has the energy to create a beautiful picture of life, the Divine Masculine makes it happen. Without a strong Divine Masculine, we are unable to realise our dreams and bring them into form. In today's lesson, we identify any traits that need healing at this time and Sarah will conduct a distant Reiki Drum mental/emotional balance treatment so that you can take action in manifesting your true potential.

•LESSON TWENTY-EIGHT
Embracing / Integrating the Shadow. Our Shadow Self is that part of our subconscious that managed to sabotage our lives despite our best intentions. It may hold behaviours we are uncomfortable with or gifts we have not yet realised. The Universe wants us to be the best representation of Source energy we can be and will continually send us people and challenges so that we awaken to all that resides in our Shadow. This can sometimes create discomfort, especially when we attract people into our lives who demonstrate those aspects of our Self we refuse to see. This Reiki Drum exercise takes you through a process of identifying an aspect of your Shadow self often mirrored to you by others and which you are not yet in a position to see. The practise allows you to understand the drive behind the behaviours and brings you to a place of love and compassion for yourself and others. When we realise a part of our Shadow, we release some suppressed energy and have more to work with ourselves in realising our life goals.

•LESSON TWENTY-NINE
Healing Ancestral Wounds. Through our family ancestral field, we inherit not only DNA affecting our physical bodies but also the mental and emotional patterns of our family line. It is common for our ancestral field to hold patterns of life experiences as well which repeat generation after generation. We will identify a family pattern that requires healing at this time and through the Reiki Drum Journey travel along the ancestral timeline to the original ancestor to heal their wounds so that we in turn can heal and move forward courageously on our path with hope and positive expectation.

•LESSON THIRTY
Healing the Inner Child. When our inner child is happy, we make the most out of the joys in our lives. Simple moments can bring much enjoyment. After the lengthy work you have done on this programme, now is the time to reap the sweetness of life. Through Reiki and the Drum, you will identify any particular life experience that may be impacting your inner child, so they are unable to experience maximum joy in their lives. Sarah will conduct a Distant Healing Reiki Drum session to bathe your child in the love, support, and encouragement they need to move forward into a bright future.
