  • Allow more time to go deeper into the Reiki practices.
  • Renew and reconnect with your Reiki practice.
  • Allow you to benefit from working with group energy which will be supported by Reiki.

The  Bluff CentreThe retreat is suitable for all Reiki practitioners from Level II onwards. If you are new to Reiki it will introduce you to practices not normally taught in a Reiki class, whereas if you have been practising or teaching Reiki for many years, it will give you the opportunity to sit in the Reiki energy, and just experience being present and mindful without constraints on time or the disruptions of our modern lifestyles. Students should be of moderate fitness for this retreat as many of the practises are carried out in natural surroundings and some walking and moderate climbing up steps is anticipated. All outdoor activities are dependent on weather conditions.

Your Accommodation
Tintagel CastleThe Bluff Centre is perfect for Reiki and meditation. The Bluff is located a short distance from the town of Tintagel, at the top of a cliff overlooking the Atlantic and is in a truly spectacular location. Retreat participants can really relax and unwind in this incredible setting. The bedrooms are very well appointed, simple and stylish with wonderful views. Each room has its own individual bathroom, colour television, tea and coffee making facilities. Accommodation is shared for this retreat. Dining at the Bluff provides hearty breakfasts, light lunches and wholesome evening meals.

What The North Cornish Coast Has To Offer
Trebarwith Strand - Located about 15 minutes walk along the coastal path from the Bluff Centre, the stunning beach has almost a mile long of unbroken, fine golden sand, vast cliffs and atmospheric caves to explore.

St Nectan's Glen St Nectan's Glen - One of the ten most important sacred sites in the UK, St Nectan's Glen is an area of outstanding natural beauty. This magical glen is a natural paradise for animals and birds, and is reputed to be the home of many nature spirits. Spiritual seekers come from all over the world to experience the magic of this place.

Tintagel Castle - The castle is situated in a wonderful location, set high on the Cliff tops of the North Cornish coast. One of the most romantic places in the UK, from the top it offers dramatic views and its fascinating ruins are a must visit when coming to this area. Steeped in legend and mystery, with a history stretching as far back as the Romans, it is said the Castle was the birthplace of King Arthur. The town of Tintagel reflects the mystery, magic and legend associated with the castle.


Your retreat is facilitated by Sarah Gregg, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer and Natural Therapy Practitioner. Sarah has fourteen years clinical and teaching experience and is the author of numerous Reiki and healing publications and articles. She produced the CD, "Reiki Drum - A Bridge Between The Worlds" in 2010. Sarah holds traditional Usui Japanese Reiki and Karuna Reiki¨ workshops and runs retreats around the UK. In 2007 she introduced the Reiki Drum Technique workshops into the UK. Sarah has trained with many leading teachers in the field of Reiki; Tadao Yamaguchi, Penelope Quest, Frans Stiene, Frank Arjava Petter and Michael Arthur Baird to name but some. Her teaching reflects her interests in Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Sound Healing, Eastern Healing Arts, Buddhist Philosophy and Shamanism.
